Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong Power BI experience including data modelling and DAX
  • Solid SQL and Power Query capability
  • Experience working with legacy systems and imperfect data
  • Understanding of manufacturing metrics such as production output, downtime, scrap, efficiency, or similar
  • Comfortable working independently in a contract setting

Contract Data Analyst Outside IR35 3 month initial contract £350 to £450 per day Predominantly remote with travel across the South West as required We are supporting a multi site manufacturing group with the appointment of a Contract Data Analyst to deliver a suite of Power BI dashboards from legacy operational systems. This role is focused on translating existing data into clear, usable reporting that can be owned and managed internally long term. This is a delivery focused contract with clear outputs, working closely with operational and leadership stakeholders across several manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

  • Extract, clean, and translate data from legacy manufacturing systems
  • Design and build Power BI dashboards aligned to operational and management reporting needs
  • Work with site teams to understand manufacturing processes and KPIs
