Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor response rates and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage survey platforms and ensure consistent, ethical, and efficient processes across the college.
- Support the college's online Factbook and Graduate Placement report.
- Respond to other survey opportunities as they arise at the college.
Key Skills:
- 2+ years of experience with creating and administering surveys and data reports.
- Experience with platforms such as Qualtrics, SmartEvals, SogoSurvey, Alchemer.
- 2+ years of experience with PBI or Tableau data visualization tools.
- 2+ years of experience with Pivot Tables in Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in any field of study (must be complete and verifiable).
- Experience with SQL or similar data-extraction methods (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently.
- Attention to detail in work.
