Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead technical point of contact for interrogating datasets and diagnosing root-cause issues using advanced SQL.
  • Resolve high-priority operational challenges by ensuring clean data flow and integrity across the organisation’s core CRM platforms.
  • Take full ownership of triaging data-related requests, applying analytical thinking to resolve or escalate complex technical issues.
  • Maintain rigorous data quality standards and refine technical documentation to support a massive digital modernisation initiative.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen data foundations and ensure insights are accurate and scalable.

Key Skills:

  • Strong SQL capability with professional experience writing, optimising, and troubleshooting complex queries.
  • Hands-on experience working with enterprise CRM systems, ideally platforms comparable to Blackboard.
  • Proficiency in using scripting languages to automate manual data processes and interrogate system health.
  • A deep understanding of Data Governance and GDPR compliance within a large-scale organisational framework.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with precision and reliability.

Join a purpose-driven mission as a Data Analyst where you will be the backbone of a high-value data ecosystem, modernising intelligence systems at scale. You will leverage your deep expertise in SQL and scripting to troubleshoot complex datasets and ensure data governance for a CRM platform that drives real-world social impact.

The Role

  • Act as the lead technical point of contact for interrogating datasets and diagnosing root-cause issues at the source using advanced SQL.
  • Resolve high-priority operational challenges by ensuring clean data flow and integrity across the organisation’s core CRM platforms.
  • Take full ownership of triaging data-related requests, applying analytical thinking to resolve or escalate complex technical issues to specialists.
  • Maintain rigorous data quality standards and refine technical documentation to support a massive digital modernisation initiative.
