Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead technical point of contact for interrogating datasets and diagnosing root-cause issues using advanced SQL.
- Resolve high-priority operational challenges by ensuring clean data flow and integrity across the organisation’s core CRM platforms.
- Take full ownership of triaging data-related requests, applying analytical thinking to resolve or escalate complex technical issues.
- Maintain rigorous data quality standards and refine technical documentation to support a massive digital modernisation initiative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen data foundations and ensure insights are accurate and scalable.
Key Skills:
- Strong SQL capability with professional experience writing, optimising, and troubleshooting complex queries.
- Hands-on experience working with enterprise CRM systems, ideally platforms comparable to Blackboard.
- Proficiency in using scripting languages to automate manual data processes and interrogate system health.
- A deep understanding of Data Governance and GDPR compliance within a large-scale organisational framework.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with precision and reliability.
