Summary: FDM is seeking a Data Analyst for a fully remote, 6-month contract role within the finance sector. The position involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to provide actionable insights, collaborating with various departments to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, particularly Adobe Analytics. Responsibilities include producing insights presentations and influencing product roadmaps through data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage extensive experience in digital analytics to extract and interpret data related to customer journeys and website/app behaviour.
• Utilise strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics to provide actionable insights.
• Produce compelling insights presentations that effectively communicate analysis and insights to various audiences across the business.
• Inform and influence product roadmaps through data-driven recommendations.
• Support digital optimisation efforts by generating data-driven testing and personalisation ideas.
• Work closely with the tagging implementation function to ensure accurate data collection.

Key Skills:

• Digital Analytics experience focused on the extraction and interpretation of data about customer journeys and website/app behaviour.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics.
• Ability to produce compelling insights presentations and communicate analysis and insights to a range of audiences.
• Experience working closely with the tagging implementation function and debugging digital analytics tagging implementations.
• Proven experience supporting Digital Optimisation by generating data-driven testing and personalisation ideas.
• Familiarity with marketing technologies (Google, Meta etc.) and with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Experience working with qualitative data tools (Medallia DXA etc.).
