Summary: A purpose-driven technology group is looking for a Data Analyst to support a significant data transformation initiative within its Commercial Transformation team. The ideal candidate will work with complex data sets to enhance data quality and improve reporting and governance across systems. This role involves collaboration with project teams and business owners to deliver analysis-ready data sets and develop data governance processes. The position is remote-first with occasional in-person meetings in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams to assess current and required data model entities and attributes
  • Facilitate work with business owners and functional leads to deliver analysis-ready data sets
  • Perform data cleansing, mapping, integration, and preprocessing
  • Investigate and resolve data anomalies and inconsistencies
  • Support the development of data governance processes, tools, and KPIs
  • Monitor and report on data quality metrics

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation skills
  • Experience with data cleaning tools and scripting languages desirable
  • Solid understanding of data management principles
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and Service Management systems desirable

Salary (Rate): £500 daily
