Summary: The Data Analyst role involves partnering with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to provide business analytics support and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day execution of programs, liaising with multiple cross-functional partners.

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Operations, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and other partner teams.
  • Support execution tracking, reporting, and outbound communications.

  • Proven experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong skills in SQL and data querying languages.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and visualization/design tools (e.g., Lucidchart).
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Experience supporting analytical projects end-to-end, including clear data visualization and presentation of findings.
  • Degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets.

Data Analyst Approx. £65,000 | Remote (UK) We are seeking a Systems Specialist with strong data expertise to partner with Program Managers and cross-functional teams. This role will provide business analytics support, track progress on high-priority projects, and contribute to program-level efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of projects post-launch, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable feedback.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Systems Program Managers across multiple initiatives to support business needs (e.g., implementing tooling changes, root-cause analysis, workflow audits).
  • Support day-to-day execution of programs, liaising with multiple cross-functional partners.
  • Contribute to the development of the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with team goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Operations, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and other partner teams.

Minimum Qualifications
