Summary: Our F100 client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a 6-month contract focused on consolidating and recreating reports following an acquisition. The role involves analyzing existing reports, building a data aggregation layer, and loading data into Power BI. Candidates must have coding experience in SQL and SAS. This position is fully remote within the US and follows an ET schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Analysts to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Participate in onboarding sessions to understand project scope and expectations.
  • Receive training on data sources, including fundamentals and differences between old and new systems.
  • Understand Progressive's data structure and reporting standards.
  • Review existing reports from the legacy system.
  • Interpret how each report is built (logic, calculations, data relationships).
  • Write code to recreate the same data in the new data source.
  • Rebuild reports in Power BI based on provided specifications.
  • Ensure reports meet Progressive's design and functionality standards.
  • Perform QA checks and validations to confirm accuracy and completeness.

Our F100 client is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their team on a 6-month contract with the possibility for extensions. You would be joining an effort involving the consolidation and recreation of multiple reports following an acquisition. Your role would specifically be focused on analyzing and understanding the existing reports from the acquired company's systems and building a data aggregation layer (codes/pipelines) that pulls and consolidates data from various sources that can then be loaded into Power BI to recreate the existing reports. Coding experience with both SQL and SAS is required. This is a fully remote opening (within the US) that would follow an ET schedule. Apply today!
