Key Responsibilities:
- Data Exploration & Evaluation: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities. Validate data sources and ensure data integrity for downstream reporting
- Insight Generation: Summarize findings in clear, actionable formats (tables, charts, executive summaries) for use by dashboard developers and business stakeholders
- Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain scripts (using Python, SQL, Power Automate, or similar tools) to automate data analysis, transformation, and delivery processes. Streamline workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
- Collaboration with Power BI Developer: Work closely with the Power BI Developer to translate analytical findings into dashboard requirements and visualizations
- Data Presentation: Prepare concise reports and presentations that communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences
- Support Data Integration: Assist in identifying relevant data sources and preparing data for integration into reporting platforms
- Documentation: Document analytical processes, automation scripts, methodologies, and key findings for future reference and knowledge sharing
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience
- Proven experience in data analysis and automation, preferably with large-scale systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, SQL) and workflow automation tools (Power Automate, Logic Apps, etc.)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
