Summary: The Data Analyst role focuses on supporting the DataOps team by ingesting third-party data and transforming automotive Dealer Management System (DMS) data into actionable insights. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and resolve issues in real time. Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve data-related issues under time-sensitive conditions while maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop deep expertise in DMS data and understand its business applications.
- Learn and support existing processes for data extraction, ingestion, transformation, and quality control.
- Own and manage customer data support workflows and troubleshoot data quality issues.
- Resolve customer support tickets by distinguishing between data and system issues.
- Query and extract data using SQL, Python, or C#.
- Provide analytical insights to support data-driven business decisions.
- Analyze datasets to identify issue patterns, assess scope, and support containment efforts.
- Lead independent analytical projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Continuously evaluate your own performance and refine work processes for better outcomes.

This role is critical in transforming automotive Dealer Management System (DMS) data into actionable insights that enhance customer experience and drive meaningful engagement for our dealer partners.
As an Associate Data Analyst, you will become a subject-matter expert in automotive industry data, gaining hands-on exposure to data ingestion, transformation, quality validation, and troubleshooting across production data pipelines. You will collaborate with vendors, product teams, and engineering groups to ensure data accuracy and resolve issues in real time.
