Key Responsibilities:
- Manage intercompany accounting activities and reconciliations during the monthly close cycle.
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the SAP S/4HANA implementation, including test case execution and result validation.
- Maintain general ledger master data and ensure high standards of data governance for financial reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance and Engineering teams to triage system defects and validate fixes.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting close execution and financial impact assessment.
- 3+ years of proficiency in SAP Finance or similar enterprise accounting systems.
- 2+ years of experience executing UAT for accounting and finance tools.
- Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Power BI for financial reporting.
- Proven ability to work in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
