D365FO Consultant

Summary: The role of D365FO Consultant involves leading Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation and upgrade projects for a growing business unit. The consultant will collaborate with clients to deliver complex ERP transformations and improve business processes across supply chain and operational environments. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with both business and technical teams. The role is remote, allowing for occasional travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation and upgrade projects
• Helping design end-to-end solution architecture across Finance and Operations
• Working with clients to understand their needs and turn them into clear requirements
• Running workshops with business stakeholders to shape processes and solutions
• Working closely with developers, architects, and project managers to deliver solutions
• Supporting testing, go-live, and post-launch activities
• Acting as a key link between business teams (finance, supply chain, operations) and technical teams

Key Skills:

• Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects
• Understanding of solution architecture within D365 environments
• Strong knowledge of Finance and/or Supply Chain processes
• Experience working on large ERP transformation programmes
• Good communication skills and confidence working with clients
• Experience running workshops and translating business needs into system solutions
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Able to work remotely with occasional travel
• Strong spoken and written English
