Summary: The D365 F&O Functional Consultant – Master Planning role involves working with a leading manufacturing end user to implement and support the Master Planning Module within Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain processes and experience in ERP implementations. This position is fully remote and requires excellent communication skills and some security clearance. The consultant will be responsible for configuring the D365 F&O Master Planning Module and collaborating with business teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, execute, and monitor the D365 F&O Master Planning Module, while troubleshooting planning processes.
• Utilise expertise in ERP supply chain core modules such as inventory management, product and process engineering, and manufacturing processes (discrete and/or process manufacturing, purchase and sales processes).
• Work closely with business teams to gather functional requirements, create functional design documents, and support site go-lives.
• Conduct user training and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Interface with advanced planning systems (scheduling, mid- and long-term planning) and ERP-subsystem integrations.

Key Skills:

• Deep understanding of supply chain planning business and system processes (demand to plan).
• Subject matter expertise in D365 F&O Master Planning and its configuration.
• Proven experience in gathering functional requirements and supporting business analysis processes.
• Experience with large-scale ERP implementation projects and complex rollouts in multilingual environments.
• Experience with MES systems and advanced planning systems is highly desirable.
