Summary: This role is for a remote Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant specializing in Finance & Operations (F&O). The consultant will leverage their functional expertise in business processes and technical skills to design and customize D365 solutions that meet business requirements. The position requires strong analytical abilities and hands-on experience with D365 customizations. The ideal candidate will also support ongoing enhancements and optimizations of the D365 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across finance, supply chain, and operational areas.
- Configure and customize D365 Finance & Operations modules to support business processes.
- Assist with solution architecture discussions and recommend improvements for system performance and usability.
- Develop functional design documents and review technical specifications to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and optimization of the D365 environment.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Should be a qualified accountant.
- 5+ years of experience as a D365 Functional Consultant, with a focus on Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operational processes within ERP systems.
- Hands-on experience with D365 customizations and development.
- Knowledge of system architecture, data entities, integrations, and Power Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to bridge business and technical discussions.
- Proven ability to work with both business users and developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
