Summary: The D365 F&O Finance Support Engineer role requires a candidate with over two years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, specifically within finance modules. Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in MS Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules with strong functional understanding
- Knowledge on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting modules
- Resolve product issues by investigation
- Support data management and migration issues
- Work with MS Product Engineering teams to escalate and track resolution of complex product issues through Lifecycle Services (LCS)
- Participate in incident triage calls, customer support review meetings, and problem management discussions
- Ensure SLA compliance for incident response and resolution timelines
- Good communication skills
- Experience in product support engagements is preferred
