I’m working with a UK organisation who’ve recently rolled out a new core platform supporting frontline service and workshop operations, and they’re now looking for someone with strong Dynamics 365 Customer Insights experience to help them really make use of the data. The platform feeds into Dataverse, and they’re using Customer Insights Journeys to trigger automated emails and SMS based on customer interactions... so this is a hands-on role focused on shaping data, refining journeys, and making sure insights translate into meaningful engagement. They’re particularly keen to speak with people who’ve worked across Customer Insights (especially the Data module) and are comfortable getting into the detail to help teams get more value from the setup. It’s an initial 6 month contract (high likelihood of extension), sitting outside IR35, paying £500–£550 per day plus expenses, with an ASAP start. The role is predominantly remote. There may be a need to spend a couple of days onsite during the first two weeks, then typically once or twice a month after that. Interested?
