CyberArk Business Analyst Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Duration: 6-12 Months
Location: Remote
Position Overview
Seeking a CyberArk Business Analyst to support Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives within large, complex enterprise environments. This role focuses on investigative analysis, cross team coordination, and stakeholder engagement to identify, validate, and document privileged access across the organization.
The position supports CyberArk PAM delivery by performing the critical discovery and validation work required to understand who has privileged access, why that access exists, and how it is used partnering closely with Identity & Access Management and security teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, inventory, and document privileged accounts and access across enterprise systems
- Investigate ownership, usage, and business justification for privileged access
- Coordinate with Global Identity & Access Management (GIAM) and adjacent security teams
- Engage internal stakeholders to gather and validate privileged access information
- Respond to inbound inquiries related to CyberArk usage (e.g., credential vaulting confirmation)
- Perform investigative analysis across large organizations to locate the correct sources of information
- Support business driven PAM requests in partnership with PAM leads or senior engineers
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, security teams, and PAM engineering resources
Stakeholder Engagement
This role interacts with a broad set of stakeholders, including:
- Management and program leadership
- Security organizations and governance teams
- Business stakeholders engaging PAM services
The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with CyberArk PAM leads and senior engineers and is not expected to operate independently on complex business initiated requests.
CyberArk Knowledge Requirements
- Functional understanding of CyberArk PAM capabilities and concepts
- Knowledge of what CyberArk does, key use cases, and platform limitations
- Familiarity with PAM best practices and conceptual features (e.g., safes, authorization models, APIs)
- Deep technical or engineering expertise is not required
Experience Requirements
- Approximately 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience working in large, enterprise environments
- Experience supporting global or international organizations
- Comfort collaborating remotely across multiple regions and time zones
- Practical experience in complex organizations over strict years of experience requirements.
