RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager in support of our enterprise storage and computer client based in Frisco, Texas.
Responsibilities:
The work you will do varies depending on the project, as well as your capabilities and experience. Project Managers are critical contributors to our team and handle a combination of:
* Driving project scoping definition, schedule planning, budgeting tracking, working in Smartsheet, managing all aspects of meetings and deadlines scheduling and deliverables, and leading high performance project teams
* Manage projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints, and build strong relationships with Global Cybersecurity partners and project teams in IT and in the Bus
* Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and project demands
* Form strong project team relationships by leading and motivating team members, identifying and resolving blocks and conflicts
* Coordinate efforts of team members, ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately and up to date in File shares and Smartsheet
* Manage project scope by ensuring any changes are documented and approved through established change control process
* Proactively identify project issues and risks and create successful action plans for resolving issues and mitigating risks
* Track and report on project milestones and provide weekly status report updates to Cybersecurity team and leadership
* Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and strengthen relationships
REQUIREMENTS:
* BS degree in a related technical field
* PMP certification and prior experience in professional services working with enterprise clients a plus
* 5+ years of experience managing large, complex and transformative programs and projects such as software development, data center migrations or cloud computing strategies
* In-depth experience with key practices, processes and methodologies applicable to project management
* Strong business acumen, with experience working in a variety of industries and business areas
* Demonstrated experience in working in unstructured environments, excellent attitude and teamwork skills with the ability to motivate and work well with others
* Strong facilitation skills with demonstrated experience leading project sessions, partnering with geographically dispersed teams, and identifying/resolving project and team risks and conflicts
* Must have demonstrated aptitude to understand a variety of technical domains and strategies regarding opportunities, challenges, risks and business impact
* Highly organized with proven ability to handle multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and make things happen in fast-paced, dynamic environments
* Agile approach in personal work style, with ability to be flexible and adept in dealing with and resolving ambiguity
* Track record of building successful relationships, internally and externally
* Detailed oriented with a flair for problem solving
* Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills including creating usable documentation and tools
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
