Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT and OT cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability management for both IT and OT systems.
- Ensure network segmentation, asset visibility, and secure communication across IT and OT environments.
- Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to strengthen defense-in-depth strategies.
- Implement identity and access management (IAM), endpoint protection, and network monitoring solutions for critical assets.
- Evaluate industrial cybersecurity frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, or ISO 27001.
- Stay updated on threat intelligence specific to ICS, SCADA, and IIoT systems.
Key Skills:
- 8 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, including 3 5 years in OT or Industrial Cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of ICS/SCADA systems, PLC/DCS networks, and industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, Profibus, etc.).
- Familiarity with network security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEMs, vulnerability scanners).
- Experience with risk management frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443).
- Hands-on with Azure Security, AWS Security, or other cloud security platforms.
- Strong understanding of network segmentation and zero trust architecture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
