Summary: The Cyber Security Engineer role involves developing security requirements for technology projects, assessing the current cyber security landscape, and implementing recommendations from cyber assessments. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop security requirements for client Technology Program projects.
- Assess and document the current client cyber security landscape.
- Implement the actions and recommendations from the TMC cyber assessment.
- Document the future for Network security, OT security, and segmentation based on recommendations.
- Assess and document the current security incident response preparedness.
- Document recommendations on to-be vulnerability risk mitigation actions.
- Document to-be compliance needs and best practices.
- Update technology documentation to reflect relevant new security and privacy standards.
- Develop and deliver training to staff involved at TMCs around cyber hygiene and best practices.
- Develop a matrix of Security roles and responsibilities for technologies.
- Develop a System Security Plan as an appendix to the Program Guide.
- Establish a Vulnerability and Risk Management Program as an appendix to the Program Guide.
- Support threat awareness, research, and recommendations.
- Support vulnerability assurance testing and penetration testing.
- Provide incident response technical knowledge.
- Develop a Device Security Specification.
Key Skills:
- Experience in cyber security requirements development.
- Knowledge of cyber security landscape assessment.
- Ability to implement cyber security recommendations.
- Experience in developing training programs related to cyber hygiene.

Task Deliverables:
