Korn Ferry Project Solutions is supporting a major health insurance client with a strategic Prevalent AI Insights (PAI)/Data-Driven Security initiative within its Group Chief Information Security Office (GISO) and are seeking a hands-on Cyber Security Data Analyst to join the engagement.
You'll support the transition of the PAI platform into BAU, working closely with the security product team, Prevalent and global business units to refine security metrics, data onboarding, logic and configuration. You'll also manage the resulting technical backlog, helping ensure the platform continues to deliver accurate and meaningful security insights as requirements evolve.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Cyber Security, ideally within a security analyst, security engineering, SOC, SIEM or security analytics environment
- Hands-on experience working with security data, data onboarding, data feeds, configuration or data-driven security platforms
- Understanding of how security data, logic and configuration translate into security metrics, insights, alerts or reporting
- Experience working with SIEM, SOC, security analytics, data lake or similar security data environments
- Ability to investigate and refine data, logic and metrics and understand the impact of changes on security outputs
- Experience managing technical backlogs, requirements or change requests and working with technical suppliers
- Good understanding of cyber security controls and ideally, control effectiveness or GRC principles
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, security stakeholders and business units
- Experience working within large, complex and global organisations
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones, including occasional early or late meetings to support global teams
Desirable
- Experience with security data lakes, data engineering or data integration
- Experience onboarding security data sources into SIEM or security analytics platforms
- Experience working with security metrics, KPIs/KRIs or control effectiveness reporting
- Experience bridging technical security/data teams with GRC, risk or assurance functions
- Experience working with Prevalent, PAI or similar security insight platforms
