What you will do
- Measure assessment volume, backlog, timeliness, and staffing ratios
- Produce monthly business review and governance materials
- Align reporting to the enterprise third party risk framework
- Help leaders make data driven staffing and process decisions
What you bring
- 6+ years building metrics and dashboards for a risk or security program
- Fluency in Power BI or Tableau, plus SQL and Excel
- Ability to define KPIs such as volume, backlog, SLA timeliness, and staffing ratios
- Experience producing monthly business review and governance decks
- Understanding of a third party risk framework, so your reports are credible to leadership
Nice to have
- GRC platform reporting in ServiceNow IRM, Archer, or OneTrust
- Capacity and staffing modeling
- Python
Preferred certifications: Optional: CTPRP, Power BI or Tableau certifications
