Cyber Essentials + PM

Summary: Cyber Project Manager needed to lead a Cyber Essentials Plus programme, focusing on the implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and ensuring compliance with key milestones and audit readiness. The role involves coordinating engineering teams and managing project deliverables effectively. The position is remote and requires a commitment of four days a week for an initial six-month contract. The ideal candidate will drive remediation activities and support stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a key Cyber Essentials Plus (CE+) accreditation programme, with the objective of achieving full compliance by year-end.
• Coordinate the rollout of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) across a large and diverse technology estate.
• Identify systems where MFA is not currently enabled and drive remediation activities to eliminate outstanding gaps.
• Manage and coordinate a pool of engineers, tracking progress and ensuring delivery against programme milestones and audit readiness requirements.
• Provide project coordination and stakeholder engagement support, including preparation for mock audits and compliance assessments.

Key Skills:

• Experience in managing Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementation.
• Ability to coordinate engineering teams and manage project timelines.

Salary (Rate): £500 per day
