Summary: The Cyber Application & Cloud Defense Analyst role focuses on reviewing and managing variances related to IT security standards. The candidate will collaborate with application teams to ensure compliance and assist in vulnerability management processes. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will also support the creation of exception rules in ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform initial reviews of IT50.06, S09, and S02 variances for compliance with required standards.
- Collaborate with application teams to create, update, and revise variance requests.
- Coordinate with Initial Reviewers to obtain final approvals once submissions meet formatting requirements.
- Support the creation and management of exception rules in ServiceNow for Container Vulnerability Response and Application Vulnerability Response.
- Maintain organized documentation and track variance review activities.
Key Skills:
- Basic understanding of application security vulnerabilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
