Cutover Manager (Workday) - 5+ months - Remote - Start August
For our international client, we are currently looking for an experienced Cutover Manager as part of a Workday implementation project.
Tasks
- Act as Cutover Manager
- Plan, coordinate and execute the transition from SAP HCM to Workday
- Drive and execute project plan, milestones and update meetings
- Ensure seamless Go-Live
- Advise client on interdependencies between Workday and payroll systems / IdM (Saviynt)
- Advise client on potential risks/best practice advise
- Act as interface between implementation partner, project management and business
- Stakeholder Management
Requirements
- Strong project experience as a Cutover Manager
- Project experience in SAP HCM and Workday projects
- Preferably: Project experience as Cutover Manager in the transition from SAP HCM to Workday
- Experience in managing cutover activities for large-scale system implementations
- Knowledge of Workday HR Core, Compensation and Service Management
- Integration experience SAP & Workday, Payroll Integration / IdM (Saviynt) - preferred
- Strong project knowledge in HR processes
- Experience in international, large scale Workday implementation projects
- Strong communication skills (able to communicate with business and technical team/act as interface)
- Fluency in English

- Start: asap, July/August
- Duration: 5 months (+ option to extend)
- Workload: 5 days per week
- Location: 100% Remote
- Languages: Fluency in English, German nice to have
