Summary: The Customer Success Manager at Neuroworx will be responsible for enhancing client experiences through effective onboarding, product demonstrations, and relationship management. This freelance role emphasizes proactive communication and collaboration to ensure client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities. The position is ideal for someone with a background in customer success or account management, particularly within the SaaS or HR Tech sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end client journey, from onboarding through ongoing success
  • Conduct engaging demos and training sessions to showcase the Neuroworx platform
  • Act as the main point of contact for client communications and support
  • Monitor client health and proactively address any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback informs product development
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support upsell/cross-sell initiatives
  • Help refine and improve our customer experience processes as we scale

Key Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
  • Experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or recruitment-related industries is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Comfortable running product demos and training remotely
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable in fast-moving startup environments
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
