Summary: The CRM Specialist role is a 3-6 month fixed-term contract focused on enhancing the customer relationship management strategy for a rapidly growing Home Interiors brand. This fully remote position involves supporting various CRM channels and optimizing customer retention strategies. The role requires collaboration with the marketing team to design and implement effective campaigns while reporting on their performance. An immediate start is preferred for this hands-on position reporting to the Head of CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the brand's overall CRM strategy and track its performance.
  • Ensure effective segmentation of the database for targeted campaigns.
  • Optimize the retention strategy to build customer loyalty.
  • Assist in the creative and content development of email and CRM campaigns.
  • Report on CRM campaign success and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience within CRM, including eCRM and acquisition automation programs.
  • 3 years+ experience in CRM with various ESPs.
  • Creative campaign delivery and content knowledge.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation.
  • Experience with data management to create a single customer view.

CRM Specialist 3-6 month FTC role Retail: Home Interiors D2C Fully remote role We’re really pleased to be supporting this client on their latest hire, CRM Specialist, reporting into their Head of CRM. Initially this role is on a FTC basis, 3-6 months. Ideally looking for an immediate start. This is a fully remote role. This is a really exciting Home Interiors brand – stores and ecommerce. UK Markets. An established brand that has been through significant growth in the past 5 years. Multi-million turnover brand. Private Equity backed which makes this moment for them the best time to join – with so much investment being put into the brand and marketing team. Some impressive hires across the Marketing & Digital team from C Suit/ Head of to Manager. Creating a fantastic working culture, a real collaborative team that has huge success as a remote business. Head office if you prefer to be in the office. In this role, you’ll support the performance of the CRM channels: email, DM, SMS and Push, whilst supporting new automated customer experience and journeys. Supporting in the build (template) and design of the assets, supporting the Head of pushing segmentation and automation strategies. A hands on role.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted campaigns.
  • Optimise the retention strategy for the brand, building customer loyalty.
  • Support on the creative and content of the email campaigns, and CRM campaigns.
  • Report on CRM campaign success and improvements and strategic aims.
  • Communicating findings to senior stakeholders within the business.

What I am looking for:
