Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the complete sales cycle including contracting, pricing, negotiating, and closing sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain close customer relationships with Dayforce users.
- Create and manage opportunities pipeline focusing on incremental revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets.
- Provide support to qualified prospects and customers including follow-up and product information.
- Coordinate with internal Dayforce resources to drive opportunities to closure.
- Utilize modern selling techniques and tools to communicate effectively with customers.
- Enter forecasting and account/opportunity details in Salesforce and provide weekly updates.

About The Opportunity
The Digital Sales Associate executes the complete sales cycle of contracting, pricing, negotiating, and closing select in-bound sales opportunities for the United Kingdom, Small business. The Digital Sales Associate is responsible for timely and successful execution of multiple simultaneous opportunities initiated by Account Executives, Customer Relationship Reps, Client Partners, Implementation, Customer Support and Partners. The sales opportunities will be comprised of Dayforce Clocks, Talent module add-ons, Dayforce education and training, blocks of service hours and other transactional sales. This role serves as a trusted Sales Associate to develop and maintain close customer relationships with our Dayforce users, educating assigned customers on the value and benefit of Dayforce products, and creating further sales opportunities. The role is segment focused on our Dayforce accounts generally sub 500 employees and relies on team, solution, and value-based selling techniques. The successful outcomes of the DSA are vital to Dayforce pursuit to best serve our customers’ needs as well as expanding our footprint among the addressable accounts in the assigned segment. This role is primarily responsible for creating and managing the opportunities pipeline with a focus on incremental revenue by upselling and cross-selling to provide solutions to customer’s evolving needs and challenges. Success will be defined by effectively growing revenue through managing your sales pipeline to quota attainment, with timely updates in Salesforce.
What You'll Get To Do
- Meets or exceeds individual and team revenue targets: Develop qualified sales opportunities that result from up-sell and cross-sell to the existing customer base
- Manages a high level of peer initiated prospecting activities and converts the inbound sales leads into closed add-on business.
- Provides support to qualified prospects and customers including follow up, product information, and quotations.
- Coordination, orchestration, and alignment internally with Dayforce resources, as warranted, to drive opportunities to closure, delivering sales wins and closing add-on business.
- Maintains a solid working knowledge of Dayforce products and the benefits they provide
- Utilize modern selling and marketing techniques and tools to communicate effectively with customers to build relationships and develop and close sales opportunities.
- Effectively executes a territory plan and manages pipeline to maximize revenue
- Enter forecasting and account/opportunity details in Salesforce; provide weekly updates including but not limited to, dollar amounts, status, and decision makers and next steps in closing opportunities
- Propose, coordinate, and participate in marketing activities within the territory

Skills And Experience We Value

- 2+ years of sales or lead generation experience
- Knowledge of HCM software or high-tech products/services is preferred with high preference of knowledge of Dayforce

- Aptitude, desire, and commitment to leverage technology and digital selling tools (social, video, automation, etc.) to drive digital sales motion
- Proven ability to build pipeline (both self gen activities and leveraging corporate marketing programs) to consistently over-achieve assigned quota
- Ability to execute against the Dayforce Digital Sales Process while managing multiple concurrent opportunities with close attention to detail
