Key Responsibilities:

• Must have E&U Domain experience
• Provide specialized insights in CSS (Customer/1), Service order and Billing
• Design, code, test, and debug mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2 and CICS
• Work closely with business analysts, business team and project managers to understand requirements and implement solutions
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security policies
• Assist with project documentation and training materials
• Coordinate with support teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Developing and maintaining an understanding of customer-specific business environments and service level agreements
• Identifying and resolving customer problems using defined procedures and documenting troubleshooting efforts
