Key Responsibilities:
- Work on end-to-end CRO process, from hypothesis generation through to execution and analysis
- Design, build, and deploy A/B and multivariate tests across web journeys
- Work closely with product, design, and analytics teams to prioritise optimisation opportunities
- Implement tracking and experimentation logic to ensure data quality and test validity
- Analyse test results and translate insights into clear recommendations
- Deliver measurable improvements in conversion rate and user experience
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in CRO engineering or hands-on experimentation roles
- Proficiency in implementing and managing tests using leading experimentation tools
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for test development
- Strong analytical capability, with confidence in interpreting behavioural and performance data
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional digital teams in agile environments
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote contract role
