Summary: The role focuses on leveraging the Zoho product suite, particularly CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics, to design and implement custom solutions. Candidates will utilize Deluge scripting and JavaScript for customizations, as well as XML for file creation. Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with Zoho product suite, specifically the CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics modules
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in the Zoho product suite using the Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment (Deluge) scripting language.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in Zoho utilizing JavaScript.
- Experience building files in XML (Extensible Markup Language) based on defined standards.
- Knowledge of systems analysis, technical documentation techniques, monitoring tools/techniques, and reporting/analytics techniques
- Knowledge of design, development and implementation of tools and techniques for integrating enterprise applications, including web services and other integration architectures.
- Evaluate existing Zoho environment and develop an improvement roadmap
- Design and develop Zoho CRM applications, Flows, APIs, reports, dashboards, screen layout, and integrations.
- Collaborate with project teams to estimate work effort and/or time requirements to complete development of specific requirements.
- Develop and execute software testing plans to support migrations and implementation of changes to existing applications and infrastructure systems
- Create and maintain documentation as appropriate for code, applications, and processes
