Summary: The Technology Specialist - Zoho One role involves managing and optimizing the Zoho One application suite, ensuring integration and functionality across platforms. The position requires expertise in Zoho Deluge scripting for automation and collaboration with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for documentation and reporting to support data-driven decision-making. This role can be performed remotely and is outside IR35 regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, configure, and optimize the full suite of Zoho One applications.
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics.
- Create and manage complex automation processes using Zoho Deluge scripting.
- Design and implement automated workflows and blueprints.
- Translate business requirements into technical configurations and reports.
- Produce a data dictionary for organizational terms and KPIs.
Key Skills:

Job Title - Technology Specialist - Zoho One
Duration: 12 months contract (Possibility of extension/contract to hire)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Zoho One Administration: Manage, configure, and optimize the full suite of Zoho One application, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all platforms. Configure and customize Zoho applications to align with business processes, including module customization, workflow automation, blueprint creation, and data management. Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Deluge Scripting: Strong expertise in Zoho Deluge scripting to create and manage complex automation processes. Create and maintain automation scripts using Zoho Deluge to streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks.
- Automated Workflows & Blueprints: Design and implement automated workflows and blueprints to enhance efficiency and ensure consistency across processes.
- Business Requirements: Work closely with department head and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical configurations, workflows, and reports within Zoho applications.
- Documentation: Work closely with department head and stakeholders to produce a data dictionary to be used as the control center for all terms, formulas, and KPI s for the organization.
Must Have Technical Skills: Managing and configuring Zoho One product, including Zoho: CRM, Desk, Sign, Projects, Sprints, Analytics, Billing, Inventory, Books, and other related applications.
Preferred Skills: Experience with other CRM and ERP platforms, experience with programming languages, experience working with databases.
