Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect - CRM (Salesforce) to lead the design, implementation, and support of scalable, enterprise-grade CRM solutions across our client's global organization. The role involves collaboration with commercial teams to capture business requirements and drive the CRM roadmap, delivering innovative solutions in areas such as Account Planning, Customer Segmentation, and Marketing Automation.

Key Responsibilities:
