A large public sector organisation is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a new CRM system improvement project on a 12 months FTC basis. This is a remote role with travel to Leeds on a weekly basis.
Your new role
As the Project Manager, you'll lead the mobilisation and delivery of this critical CRM platform transformation. Working closely with internal Developers, Business Analysts, and Team Leaders, you'll drive high-paced development, modernise the user experience, and embed a refreshed customer engagement model.You'll play a key role in shaping the platform's strategic direction-defining its purpose, aligning development with organisational priorities, and ensuring it meets the evolving needs of internal users.
