Summary: The CRM Product Owner will take full ownership of the Fibre CRM platform as it transitions into the Marketing & Business Development function. This hands-on role is focused on maximizing the platform's commercial value through driving adoption, improving data quality, and ensuring well-governed change. The urgency of the position is high, as the platform is already live and requires immediate attention to allow other priorities to be addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own CRM product strategy, roadmap, budget, and priorities (value, outcomes, sequencing).
  • Drive adoption plan, usage targets and comms cadence.
  • Shape solution approach with CRM Admin input on feasibility/config options.
  • Ensure capability is enabled and measurable via dashboards that evidence adoption.
  • Helpdesk & support model.
  • Supplier management & release planning.
  • Access management (joiners/movers/leavers).
  • Data quality & integrity.
  • Change control & backlog.
  • Release management.
  • Training, comms & adoption (ongoing).
  • Engagement letters governance.
  • Compliance / audits / security.

Key Skills:

  • Direct experience with Fibre CRM.
  • Proven experience owning a CRM platform in BAU (roadmap, backlog, governance).
  • Strong Product Owner or product leadership background.
  • Experience leading CRM adoption across multiple teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, including senior partners and directors.
  • Experience managing releases, UAT, and go/no-go decisions.
  • Comfortable working in regulated or governance-heavy environments.
  • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Background in professional services or accountancy firms.
  • Exposure to accounting tools (Iris, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks).

Summary
The CRM Product Owner will take full ownership of the platform as responsibility transitions from ITO into the Marketing & Business Development function. This is a critical, hands-on role focused on maximising the commercial value of Fibre CRM — driving adoption, improving data quality, embedding consistent ways of working, and ensuring controlled, well-governed change. The urgency is high, as Fibre is already live, and ownership needs to be transferred to allow ITO to focus on other priorities.
