Job Description:

The CRM data cleanup specialist is responsible for executing the Salesforce Cleanup project to ensure the accurate, effective, and efficient organization of our CRM data. This position involves the cleanup of leads, contacts, and opportunities, ensuring data integrity and completeness. The specialist will work closely with the marketing, sales, and IT application departments to verify and update information, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES PERFORMED BY THE INCUMBENT:

  • Lead Cleanup: Review and remove invalid entries, verify and update remaining leads using external sources. Identify and address duplicate lead and contact records.
  • Contact Cleanup: Verify and update contact information, designate contacts as active or inactive based on relevance.
  • Opportunity Cleanup: Ensure opportunities are accurate and complete.

REQUIREMENTS:
