Summary: This role as an ECOSYS Administrator/Developer focuses on supporting the Project Cost Control team by addressing ECOSYS data issues, maintaining system configurations, and developing reporting solutions within a customized ECOSYS environment. The position requires strong technical skills, particularly in reporting and data analytics, to ensure accurate cost reporting and user support. The role is fully remote, catering to the Eastern Standard Time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot ECOSYS data issues and maintain configurations.
  • Develop reporting solutions, including Excel template-based reporting utilizing VBA code.
  • Support the development of cost report packages by WBS and contract.
  • Provide ECOSYS functional expertise, particularly with the Contract Module.
  • Conduct data analytics and troubleshooting to identify data issues impacting reports.
  • Update user security access and create new ECOSYS security groups.
  • Create and maintain WBS structures and contract lines.
