Summary: The Creative Web Designer & Developer at Vanquish is responsible for refining the brand's visual identity and creating high-quality web and social content. This role requires a designer with exceptional taste and the ability to efficiently utilize modern AI tools to produce premium designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tech branding and will take ownership of various design projects, ensuring a cohesive and polished output. The position is remote, with a preference for UK/EU-friendly hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Refine and elevate the Vanquish brand system, including identity, typography, layout rules, motion, and tone.
- Design and develop website components such as landing pages, marketing sites, product pages, and funnels.
- Create a consistent social content system with on-brand visuals for posts, ads, and announcements.
- Assist in web builds for client brands through Vanquish solutions.
- Ensure pixel-perfect execution across devices, focusing on performance, responsiveness, and polish.
Key Skills:
- Elite visual taste in typography, spacing, hierarchy, and composition.
- Ability to design and build or execute confidently in a modern web stack.
- Proficiency in using AI tooling, templates, automation, and smart systems for efficient output.
- Understanding of premium tech branding standards.
- Self-directed, reliable, and capable of taking full ownership of projects.
- Strong skills in Figma (or equivalent), Webflow/Framer, and modern development frameworks (Next.js/React/Tailwind).
- Experience with motion editing tools (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut) is a plus.

Vanquish is building a new standard for how investment brands look, feel, and communicate. We’re looking for an iconic creative - a designer who can also build - to take control of brand, web, and ongoing content across Vanquish and the businesses we launch through Vanquish solutions. This role is for someone with insane taste, obsessive attention to detail, and the ability to move fast using the latest AI tools - without sacrificing quality. We want the UI, typography, and experience to feel Apple-level: minimal, premium, intentional.
What you’ll own:
- Vanquish brand system: refine and elevate what exists (identity, typography, layout rules, motion, tone).
- Website design + development: landing pages, marketing site, product pages, funnels — designed and shipped.
- Social content system: consistent, on-brand visuals for posts, ads, and announcements (ongoing).
- Web builds for client brands: we set up businesses via Vanquish solutions — you’ll help craft their web presence too.
- Design QA: pixel-perfect execution across devices, performance, responsiveness, polish.
What we’re looking for:
- Elite visual taste (typography, spacing, hierarchy, composition).
- You notice what others don’t.
- You can design and build (or design and confidently execute in a modern web stack).
- You work fast and efficiently using AI tooling, templates, automation, and smart systems — while keeping output premium.
- You understand premium tech branding (Apple, Stripe, Linear, Framer-level detail).
- You’re self-directed, reliable, and take full ownership.
Tools / Stack (flexible, but you should be strong in modern workflows)
- Figma (or equivalent) for design systems + layouts
- Webflow / Framer and/or modern dev (Next.js / React / Tailwind)
- AI tooling for speed: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe AI, Figma plugins, etc.
- Motion/edits a plus (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, etc.)

- Vanquish looks and feels like a category leader — premium, minimal, instantly credible.
- We ship high-converting pages quickly without the “template” look.
- Social content becomes cohesive, recognizable, and high-status.
- Every touchpoint is polished: typography, spacing, motion, responsiveness.
