Summary: The Creative Producer for Google User Acquisition will lead the strategy and execution of creative assets for a successful mobile product focused on improving nutritional habits. This role requires collaboration with various teams to produce high-performing static and video creatives across Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative production, particularly in performance marketing, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing a creative team, overseeing production processes, and optimizing creative strategies based on performance insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute the creative direction across Google placements—static and video.
- Partner with UA managers, platform representatives, and the internal design team to ensure strategy alignment and execution excellence.
- Guide and empower a team of motion and graphic designers to produce a high volume of creative assets.
- Own the Google-specific production pipeline from marketing research, brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, feedback loops, and quality are maintained.
- Work closely with the UA team to implement Google-specific testing strategies, interpret results, and iterate based on performance insights.
- Improve operational efficiency to scale asset production while maintaining creative quality and strategic alignment.
- Oversee adaptation of creatives for different markets and formats, ensuring local nuance and platform compliance.
- Serve as the primary creative counterpart for Google platform representatives, aligning on trends, best practices, and experimental opportunities.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years in creative production, preferably with experience in performance marketing or user acquisition for mobile products.
- 2+ years leading creative teams, with a track record of scaling output and improving creative performance.
- Solid knowledge of Google ad platforms and formats.
- Experience leading both video and static asset production for user acquisition.
- Understanding of creative performance metrics and a data-informed approach to iteration.
- Strong organizational skills and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience in executing creative strategy for wellness products is a plus.
