Summary: The role of Coupa SME involves providing expert support for PO compliance monitoring and AI-driven initiatives within the Coupa platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Support Coupa configuration and testing for PO compliance monitoring
- Work with Coupa APIs to enable integrations and data flow
- Configure and manage SpendGuard policies
- Implement and validate remote approval configurations
- Design and maintain approval chains and workflows
- Perform system testing, validation, and implementation support
- Provide Hypercare support post-deployment to ensure stability
- Support ongoing and upcoming Coupa AI initiatives
- Work with Coupa AI Agents and Coupa Orchestrator
- Assist in integrating AI-driven automation into procurement workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-led optimization
