Summary: The Country Head for MatraVolt will spearhead the company's go-to-market strategy and commercial initiatives within the AI data center infrastructure sector. This role involves building a robust pipeline with key industry players, forming strategic partnerships, and leading complex technical deals to establish MatraVolt as a leader in next-gen AI and HPC infrastructure. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in enterprise sales and critical infrastructure to drive market development and program leadership across Europe. Fluency in technical aspects of the industry and a credible network among stakeholders are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market development: map priority accounts (colo, hyperscale, BTS developers, EPC/SIs, utilities/energy partners), create multi-threaded entry, and land flagship wins.
- Enterprise sales: qualify, shape requirements, lead solutioning with engineering (high-density racks, liquid cooling, modular power/cooling blocks).
- Partnerships & routes-to-market: establish and manage EPC / SI / channel alliances and project-specific consortiums.
- Program leadership: drive country bids/RFPs; coordinate delivery timelines and site readiness with Operations.
- Intelligence & feedback: provide structured market signals (customer pain, regulatory/power constraints, competitive moves) to sharpen product, pricing, and delivery playbooks.
- Governance & risk: ensure compliance with customer, HSE, and site policies.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years in enterprise data center / critical infrastructure sales or BD.
- Credible network among European colocation buyers and AI/HPC stakeholders; comfortable at C-suite, engineering, and procurement levels.
- Fluency in technical value: high-density GPU environments, liquid cooling, modular power & cooling blocks, prefabrication/off-site integration, and time-to-live economics.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on operator who can open doors, design the deal at startup pace.

Role Summary
