Summary: The Country Community Manager at HeyGen is responsible for building and nurturing the local community ecosystem, focusing on relationships with users and advocates to drive trust and advocacy. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a focused country-level community plan aligned with HeyGen's global direction.
- Identify, recruit, and support local ambassadors who can educate users and represent HeyGen.
- Enable ambassadors and partners with resources, guidance, and ongoing support.
- Support high-quality, community-led activations (virtual or in-person), such as workshops or meetups.
- Identify and nurture strategic local partnerships that extend HeyGen's reach and credibility.
- Track core community signals (e.g. ambassador activity, events supported, qualitative feedback).
- Share local insights, learnings, and recommendations with the global team.
Key Skills:
- Experienced community builder, creator, or ecosystem operator comfortable working independently.
- Ability to drive outcomes through relationships rather than headcount.
- Comfortable leading learning experiences and community gatherings.
- Experience with creator platforms, SaaS, or education-led products.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented in outreach and follow-up.

- Fluent in local regional language and in English.

About The Role
We are looking for a Country Community Manager to build and grow HeyGen's local community ecosystem. This role is responsible for cultivating relationships with the local community of users and advocates who help drive trust, learning, and long-term advocacy in-market. As part of HeyGen's international growth efforts, you will lead community strategy and execution locally. You will activate ambassadors, support community-led events, and build partnerships that make HeyGen feel relevant, credible, and embedded in the local community. The opportunity will start as a long-term contract with part-time hours approximately 15-25hrs per week.
The role
The Country Community Manager builds and grows HeyGen's local presence by cultivating strong relationships with knowledge-based creators, partners, and community leaders. The role focuses on recruiting, enabling, and activating local ambassadors. You will support local ambassadors to host events, educate users, and represent HeyGen within their communities. Through partnerships and locally led initiatives, you help turn product value into trust, learning, and sustained adoption. You act as the connective tissue between global strategy and local execution, ensuring HeyGen shows up in each market in a way that is culturally relevant, credible, and human.

Location: We are looking for Country Community Managers in the UK, Germany and Spain. The expectation is for the employee to work remotely within the region they will be supporting as the Community Manager.
