Summary: The Control-M Project Manager role involves leading implementation, upgrade, and migration projects for Control-M, managing scheduler migrations, and ensuring compliance with security and architecture standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Control-M implementation, upgrade, and migration projects
- Manage scheduler migrations (AutoSys, CA7, Automic/UC4 Control-M)
- Own project planning, timelines, risks, and delivery
- Coordinate with Control-M SMEs, infra, DB, security, and application teams
- Oversee DR, HA, and business continuity activities
- Manage implementation of Control-M add-ons (MFT, Self Service, BIM, Forecast)
- Ensure compliance with security, architecture, and change management standards
- Drive cutover, go-live, and post-production support
- Provide status reporting and stakeholder communication
Key Skills:
- Strong experience managing Control-M / Workload Automation projects
- Solid understanding of Control-M architecture & batch scheduling
- Experience with distributed and/or mainframe environments
- Knowledge of Linux, Unix, Windows, Oracle/PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, DevOps processes, and cloud platforms
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
