Detailed Description From Employer:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a corporate paralegal to join a highly acclaimed international law firm. The successful individual will work on a fully remote (UK only) basis and will be responsible for delivering and assisting others in the delivery of transactional matter work in accordance with instructions from the practice.

Daily duties will include reviewing legal opinions across multiple jurisdictions and preparing detailed review sheets for each opinion, assisting in producing final client reports as well as maintaining an organised tracker of updated rules and documentation.

Further duties will include providing support to additional workstreams, including reviewing client agreements and clauses to complete template questions as well as delivering high-quality transactional contract review

Candidates will have completed a law degree or equivalent and will also have gone on to complete the LPC, BTC or SQE. Qualified lawyers from any jurisdiction are also encouraged to apply. Previous transactional experience, ideally in capital markets or derivative is required. First class organisational and communication skills are paramount.
