Payout: $40 - $70/hour

Role Overview: One of our clients, a global leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Corporate/M&A Attorney to support complex mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions. As a contractor, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing and analyzing corporate documents, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards, and providing guidance on structural identifiability of content. Your work will have a direct impact on the development of AI models and the growth of our client's business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and annotate complex corporate, M&A, and financial documents with a focus on compliance and data privacy standards
• Identify and address areas of personally identifiable information (PII) exposure, documenting best practices for anonymization and sensitive data handling
• Leverage industry knowledge to provide guidance on the structural identifiability of content, ensuring compliance while preserving data utility
• Support the development of training data, evaluations, and feedback loops that improve AI model performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of legal expertise into AI development

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in corporate law, M&A, and finance, with a focus on data privacy and compliance
• In-depth knowledge of personally identifiable information (PII) regulations and best practices for anonymization and sensitive data handling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex legal issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong time management and organizational skills
