Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage a structured events programme supporting women in insurance globally.
- Deliver a range of virtual and in-person events, including mentoring sessions, workshops, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with members and corporate partners, tailoring events to their needs.
- Liaise with speakers, coaches, and industry leaders to secure high-impact event contributors.
- Manage relationships with event sponsors and hosts for seamless delivery and engagement.
- Trial and develop new event formats aligned with ISC Group’s strategic priorities.
- Track event attendance and collect feedback to adapt programming for maximum impact.
- Facilitate quarterly meetings with Country Chairs to support global expansion and engagement.
Key Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate events management, delivering in-person and virtual events.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strategic, analytical mindset for assessing event success.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
- Strong interest in gender equality and workplace culture change.
- Additional experience in financial services or insurance is a plus.

Are you an experienced Corporate events professional with a background in running live and virtual events big and small including:- conferences, networking events, round-tables, awards ceremonies, gala dinners, webinars to be hosted both in the UK and on an international scale? Our client group comprises a highly prestigious corporate partner membership base so a previous background in arranging ‘membership’ programmes of live and interactive events is ideal! Are you passionate about community building, networking, and advancing gender diversity? As Corporate Events Lead, you will work as part of a dynamic Events team organising and attending calendar events in the UK and supporting the International events remotely. You will have flexibility of working remotely and to the hours agreed. We have a monthly in person meeting in London for team collaboration as well as ad-hoc delivery of workshops at our client's premises - usually in the City of London. You’ll be able to shape an impactful programme, build relationships with corporate partners and members, and play a key role in driving real change within the insurance sector.

Your Role As Corporate Events Lead you will: Design and manage a structured events programme that supports women in insurance across the globe, working closely with Account Directors to align with business strategy. Deliver a range of virtual and in-person events, including mentoring sessions, workshops, networking events, and professional development opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with members and corporate partners, ensuring events are tailored to their needs. Liaise with speakers, coaches, facilitators and industry leaders, contributing the ISC Curated Experts list and securing high-impact event contributors. Manage relationships with event sponsors and hosts, ensuring seamless delivery and engagement. Trial and develop new event formats, ensuring they align with ISC Group’s strategic priorities. Track event attendance and collect feedback, continuously adapting programming to maximise impact. Facilitate quarterly meetings with Country Chairs, supporting ISC’s global expansion and engagement.
Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will be a ‘born organiser’, plate spinner, have lots of initiative, relationship-driven, and passionate about gender diversity. Essential experience: At least 3 years of experience in corporate events management, delivering both in-person and virtual events ideally within or for membership based organisations. Strong relationship-building skills Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage various stakeholders. A strategic, analytical mindset, able to assess event success and adjust programming accordingly. Ability to work independently and take ownership while being an active collaborator within a small team. A strong interest in gender equality and workplace culture change. Additional experience in financial services or insurance is a plus, but not essential.
