What You’ll Do

• Review, refine, and improve AI-generated responses on topics such as M&A, strategy, due diligence, market analysis, financial modeling, and corporate structuring
• Assess AI outputs for analytical rigor, actionable insights, and industry alignment
• Draft realistic corporate scenarios (e.g., acquisition targets, synergy assessments, integration planning, competitive market entries)
• Create scenario variations from perspectives such as acquirer, target, board member, investor, or analyst
• Identify and explain inconsistencies or weaknesses in assumptions, business logic, or strategic recommendations

Rather than executing transactions or managing deals, you’ll shape how AI systems interpret and process high-level corporate development challenges, influencing the experience for millions of users.

• Strong track record in deal evaluation, market research, and financial analysis

• Create scenario variations from different perspectives, including acquirer, target, board member, investor, or analyst
• Identify gaps, flawed assumptions, or weak business logic in AI-generated content

Who You Are

• Senior-level professional in corporate development, M&A, strategy, or management consulting
• Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
• Several years of hands-on experience in deal evaluation, financial analysis, market research, or corporate governance
• Strong ability to assess business reasoning and distinguish between technically plausible and practically sound solutions
• Comfortable working independently and providing clear, critical feedback
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, able to start soon
