Job Description
Support, configure, and optimize Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) platform, partnering with HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and IT teams to deliver scalable learning, performance, and talent solutions.
Configure the platform, support integrations, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvements across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Cornerstone Administration -Configure and administer Cornerstone OnDemand.
- Maintain: Learning Management (LMS), Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Development
- Gather requirements from HR and Learning teams - Translate business needs into CSOD configurations -Recommend platform improvements and best practices.
- Support integrations between Cornerstone and: Workday, Oracle HCM, Active Directory / Entra ID, SSO (SAML/OAuth), HRIS systems, Reporting and analytics platforms.
Required
- 5+ years administering Cornerstone OnDemand and 7+ in Enterprise LMS administration.
- Hands-on configuration experience and Functional Expertise with: Learning Management, Performance Management, Succession, Career Development, Organizational Units
- Technical Skills in Cornerstone configuration, Reporting 2.0, Learning Assignments, Data loads, Bulk updates, SSO configuration, APIs
- Workday or Oracle HCM integration experience
- Administered enterprise-wide Cornerstone environments with 10,000+ employees
- Configured learning, performance, and talent modules
- Managed learning compliance, reporting, and large-scale user administration
