Role: Core Platform Application Developer (PHP)
Location: 100% Remote
The ideal candidate has: EcoMed360 + PHP + EHR Development + Twig + SCSS/CSS + JavaScript
Hands-on EcoMed360 experience is MANDATORY.
Candidates without actual EcoMed360 development/customization experience should not be considered.
What will you do?: You will work on the EcoMed360 EHR platform, mainly using PHP.
Your responsibilities will include
- Develop and maintain PHP 8.x code in the EcoMed360 platform.
- Customize and improve EHR/clinical features.
- Work on patient portal and administrative features.
- Improve clinical workflows and patient information screens.
- Work with Twig, SCSS/CSS, and JavaScript for the application interface.
- Build data import/export functionality.
- Make sure new changes do not break existing EHR functions.
- Perform testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Support EcoMed360 version upgrades and enhancements.
Must-Have Skills
- EcoMed360 – MANDATORY
- 3+ years of PHP development
- Hands-on experience developing/customizing an EHR or healthcare application
- PHP 8.x
- Twig
- SCSS/CSS
- JavaScript
- Understanding of healthcare/EHR data such as:
- Patient information
- Encounters
- Medications
- Lab results
- Problem lists
