Summary: The Contracts Manager will oversee the delivery of contracts for Mechanical or Electrical projects on a 3-6 month basis. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and high standards. The manager will also be responsible for monitoring project teams and ensuring safety on-site. Proven experience in contract management within healthcare projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate project teams ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.
- Maintain timely and accurate client communication and transparent accounting.
- Conduct client meetings and operational planning.
- Establish strong internal and external networks.
- Monitor site activities and ensure timely and safe job completion.
- Act as the first point of contact in emergencies to ensure staff safety.
Key Skills:
- Strong planning, organisation, and monitoring abilities.
- Experience with NEC 3-4 contracts.
- Background in healthcare project delivery from a contract management perspective.
- Recognised Building Services Qualification - ONC / HNC in Building Services Engineering.
- Strong experience in programme and contract management.
- Strong mechanical and electrical systems background.
