An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join a Local Authority in the North West for an initial 3 - 6-month period with the view for extension.
Our client is looking for an experienced Contracts and Procurement Lawyer who can hit the ground running. The ideal Contracts and Procurement Lawyer will have prior experience working in local government. The workload will encompass contract and procurement advice including but not limited to:
- Preparing, negotiating, and advising on all aspects relating to legal projects
- Drafting of contracts such as service level agreements and grant funding agreements
- Routine and complex contract and procurement matters
- Advising and negotiating Contractual agreements
